After closing the doors of South Africa, Pakistan made superb entry to Semi-Finals where Pakistan opted to bat first on flat and slow track which Pakistan utilized in favor of good fortune Pakistani Openers demolished world class Australian Pace Attack, Kamran Akmal hit handsome cameo for his fifty which was being followed by his younger brother Umar Akmal who also plundered Pace off from Dirk Nannes and Mitchell Johnson. Pakistan posted superb total of 191 for the loss of 6 wickets. In reply of this target Unbeaten Australian started not so well as they lost openers early and then key strikers. The batsmen who steal the show from Pakistan Cricket team were Cameron White and Micheal Hussey impressively. White consistently kept things tight for Australian by hitting several big hits at regular intervals despite of loosing early wickets Micheal Hussey capitalized Australian Innings towards Victory handsomely by hitting magnificent 60 runs off 24 balls unbeaten took Australia towards finals for the first time in Australian T20 History.
For Pakistan, Mohammad Aamer bowled really well, so as Saeed Ajmal but the last over perished Pakistan quite badly. Although Pakistan dominated overall game so well but it was again final touch over victory was just being as they were unable to do against New Zealand. So Australia qualified for Finals against England on Sunday for the first time in history of T20 that no Asian team made for the finals however in almost every big event they tend to make. It will be first time that two non-asian playing countries will be part of it and one for sure should be next ICC T20 World Champions of 2010.
